The TAKE IT DOWN Act requires covered platforms to remove nonconsensual intimate visual depictions of an identifiable person after a valid request, and to make reasonable efforts to remove or disable known identical copies.

Contact Us. A valid request should include:
- Enough information to find the depiction, including the URL.
- A statement that you are the person depicted, or their authorized representative, and that the depiction was published without consent.
- Your contact information.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the request is accurate.
WHAT WE DO
After we receive a valid request, we remove or disable access to the reported depiction within 48 hours. We also make reasonable efforts to remove or disable known identical copies. A missing required item can delay removal until the request is complete. Knowingly false statements may be unlawful.
