Record Keeping (18 U.S.C. § 2257)
As an adult content producer you must maintain identifiable records pertaining to every performer that appears in your videos or images known as "Content." Compliance Record Keeping Documents (often called 2257 documents) must include, at a minimum: (1) a completed and signed model release or licensing agreement, and (2) a government-issued photo ID or passport showing the date of birth, for every model or performer that appears in your Content.
You agree to provide Fetish Studio with any needed compliance record keeping documents if asked for by any valid government agency, our bank, billing processor, or payment network such as Visa or Mastercard.
Mandatory upload: You must upload to Fetish Studio, for every model or person who appears in Content you submit for sale on Spanking Library or Fetish Library: (a) a clear copy of their government-issued photo ID or passport, and (b) signed 2257 / model release / licensing agreement (or equivalent consent documentation). These uploads are required before a video can be approved. Missing documents will delay or prevent Content from going live.
Document review: Fetish Studio will review all uploaded 2257 documents and photo IDs for accuracy and completeness (including that documents appear to match the performers associated with each video and that age and consent records are in order). We may reject documents that are unclear, incomplete, mismatched, or otherwise insufficient and require corrected uploads before approval.
You remain the primary producer responsible for retaining original 2257 records. Documents uploaded to Fetish Studio are for our verification, processor, and legal compliance purposes and do not replace your own record-keeping obligations.
You agree to provide Fetish Studio, within 7 days, any additional compliance documents or clarifications we request during review or after publication. Failure to upload required documents or to respond to a request may result in Content removal, delayed or denied approval, and suspension or termination of your account.
You understand that your Content can be removed for compliance violations and that your account could be suspended or terminated.
Studio Owner Identity Verification
Before your studio account can upload Content for sale, the studio owner must upload: (1) a government-issued photo ID or passport, and (2) a recent utility bill or bank statement showing the owner's name (matching the Legal Name or Payable Name on your studio account). You may redact account numbers and unrelated personal details; the name and document date must remain clearly visible. Fetish Studio reviews these owner documents for accuracy as part of onboarding.
Pre-Sale Compliance Review
Fetish Studio is the studio admin used to manage your account, upload Content, and submit compliance documents. Videos are only sold on SpankingLibrary.com and FetishLibrary.com — not on Fetish Studio. Consistent with industry practice for adult clip stores, all videos are reviewed for compliance before they go live for sale on Spanking Library or Fetish Library. Uploading a video in Fetish Studio does not make it immediately available for purchase.
Our pre-sale review includes (without limitation): reviewing all associated 2257 documents and photo IDs for accuracy; confirming every person appearing in the video has required documents uploaded and linked; age and consent risk checks; banned themes, keywords, and processor-prohibited material; and metadata (title, description, tags). We may approve, reject, delay, or require corrections before a clip is released for sale. We may also re-review live Content and its documents at any time and remove Content if compliance issues are found.
You agree not to circumvent review controls, banned-word filters, or document requirements. Attempting to do so may result in immediate account termination.
Performer / Model Tracking & Document Upload
The model / performer list and document upload tools in your Fetish Studio account are live and required. You must maintain an accurate model list, associate every person who appears in each video with that video, and upload for each model their government-issued photo ID (or passport) and signed 2257 / model release / licensing agreement. Incomplete model records or missing documents will delay or prevent Content from going live for sale.
AI / CGI / Animated Content
Animated, computer-generated (CGI), and AI-generated Content may be submitted for sale on Spanking Library and Fetish Library only if it complies with Fetish Studio's Terms of Service, banned-content rules, and billing-processor requirements.
If your Content contains no real people and consists solely of animated, CGI, or AI-generated characters, performer 2257 documents are generally not required for those characters. You must still truthfully disclose that the Content is AI/CGI/animated when asked during upload or review, and all other content rules still apply.
If your Content uses the face, likeness, voice, or other identifying features of a real person (including celebrities or public figures), whether filmed, AI-generated, or digitally altered, you must have that person's written consent and, where applicable, upload required identity and release documents. Non-consensual deepfakes or intimate depictions of real people without consent are prohibited.
AI, CGI, illustrated, or fictional characters must clearly appear to be 18 or older. Content that depicts, suggests, or could reasonably be interpreted as involving anyone under 18 — real or fictional — is prohibited. Fetish Studio may reject Content at its sole discretion based on age appearance or risk.
Mixed Content (real performers plus AI/CGI) requires full 2257 documents for every real person who appears, and disclosure of any AI/CGI elements.
Additional Agreements
- I agree to upload a government-issued photo ID (or passport) of the studio owner and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing the owner's name as part of completing this compliance agreement.
- I agree to upload, and keep current, 2257 Compliance Documents and a government-issued photo ID (or passport) for every model or person appearing in my Content, together with a signed model release or licensing agreement. Uploading these documents is mandatory.
- I agree that Fetish Studio will review all uploaded 2257 documents and IDs for accuracy before videos are approved for sale, and that videos will not go live on Spanking Library or Fetish Library until that review is complete and required documents are on file.
- I agree to provide Fetish Studio with any additional requested Compliance Documents within 7 days. I agree that my Content may be removed and my account suspended or terminated if I fail to upload required documents or fail to respond to a request.
- I agree that all models or persons in my Content were over the age of 18, or older if required by my jurisdiction, at the time of the Content creation.
- I have inspected, documented, and retained a copy of all required documents for my Content required by my jurisdiction, which must at a minimum include a photo ID or passport and model release for each performer.
- I have the consent of every person depicted in my Content to be depicted in that Content, and to display and sell it on SpankingLibrary.com and FetishLibrary.com.
- I agree not to upload Content that includes activity that is illegal or that otherwise violates card-brand rules. Prohibited content includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), incest, bestiality, and rape (or any other non-consensual sexual behavior).
- I agree that any AI-generated, CGI, or animated Content I upload will comply with Fetish Studio's Terms and banned-content rules, including the prohibition on underage or age-ambiguous depictions (real or fictional).
- I agree not to upload non-consensual deepfakes or intimate depictions of real people without their written consent, and that using a real person's likeness in AI/CGI Content requires consent and any documents Fetish Studio requests.
- I agree to accurately disclose when Content is AI-generated, CGI, animated, or mixed, and that Fetish Studio may reject, delay, or remove such Content if disclosure is missing or inaccurate.
- I understand that Fetish Studio is the studio admin only, that videos are sold only on Spanking Library and Fetish Library, and that Fetish Studio reviews all videos and their associated 2257 documents and IDs for compliance and accuracy before they are offered for sale on those sites and may reject, delay, or remove Content that does not meet these requirements or our Terms.
- I understand that Fetish Studio is an adult business and must adhere to any and all rules set forth by our bank, billing processor, or payment merchants. I understand that requirements can change at any time.
- I agree to everything on the compliance agreement page and will adhere to the terms and conditions of Fetish Studio. I also certify that I am the legal copyrighted owner or have a licensing agreement to display and sell my uploaded Content.
Fetish Studio Statement
Fetish Studio is the studio admin for Spanking Library and Fetish Library. New studios must verify the owner with photo ID plus a utility bill or bank statement showing their name. Studios must upload 2257 documents and photo ID for every model appearing in their videos. We review those documents and IDs for accuracy and review every video for compliance before it is offered for sale on those sites, including AI-generated, CGI, and animated Content. These requirements help keep underage, non-consensual, and otherwise prohibited Content off our stores while protecting studios and performers. Requirements may change; we will notify studios of material updates.
