Acceptable Use Policy

A. PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses FetishStudio.com, including shoppers, studios, and anyone who sends or receives messages or tips through the site. It supplements our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By using FetishStudio.com you agree to follow this AUP and our Chat Rules.

B. ADULTS ONLY

FetishStudio.com is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location, if higher) to use the site. Anyone who appears to be under 18, or who is presented as under 18, is never permitted in content, profiles, messages, or links.

C. ILLEGAL CONTENT AND CONDUCT

You may not use FetishStudio.com to upload, sell, send, request, link to, or promote anything that is illegal or that violates our banned content rules in the Terms and Conditions. This includes, without limitation:
  • Any content involving minors or age-ambiguous or youthful-coded performers, including AI, CGI, or illustrated depictions.
  • Content made or shared without the clear consent of everyone depicted, including non-consensual recordings, revenge content, and intimate deepfakes or digital forgeries of real people.
  • Content or activity involving human trafficking, coercion, or exploitation.
  • Content that depicts real violence causing injury, sexual activity with animals, or other material prohibited by law or by our banned content list.
  • Fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, identity theft, or attempts to bypass age verification or billing controls.

D. HARASSMENT, THREATS, AND HATE

Treat other people with respect. Do not harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, shame, or blackmail anyone. Do not publish or share another person's private information (doxxing). Do not post or send content that promotes hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or national origin. Consensual role-play themes that are legal and permitted by our content rules are acceptable in clips; they are never an excuse to abuse a real person in profiles, reviews, or messages.

E. SPAM AND DECEPTIVE ACTIVITY

Do not send bulk, repetitive, or unsolicited promotional messages. Do not create multiple accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate ratings, reviews, favorites, or follower counts, impersonate another person or studio, or mislead others about who you are, what you are selling, or how the site works. Do not use bots or scrapers to message users, harvest data, or overload the site.

F. MESSAGING AND CHAT MISUSE

Messages between shoppers and studios must stay on topic: questions about clips, stores, orders, and custom requests that are offered on the platform. You may not use messaging to:
  • Send sexual content, images, links, or files that violate this AUP or the law, or that the recipient has not asked for.
  • Pressure, guilt, or repeatedly contact someone who has stopped replying or has asked you to stop.
  • Request or share personal contact details such as phone numbers, home addresses, personal email addresses, social media handles, or payment details.
  • Promote or sell anything other than what is offered through the site, or send malware, phishing links, or deceptive links.
  • Record, screenshot, and republish private messages in order to harass or shame another user.

G. NO OFF-PLATFORM SOLICITATION

You may not use FetishStudio.com to solicit users to leave the platform, to pay or be paid elsewhere, or to move a conversation to another service. This includes advertising or linking to other websites, stores, clip sites, subscription pages, social media accounts, messaging apps, wish lists, or payment services, in messages, tips, profiles, store descriptions, clip titles, clip descriptions, reviews, or any other user-visible field.

H. ALLOWED LINKS

The only external links that are allowed are links to our own family of sites:

  • fetishlibrary.com
  • fetishstudio.com

I. TIPS STAY ON THE PLATFORM

Tips are voluntary payments made through FetishStudio.com to a studio. Tips must be sent and received through the platform tipping feature. Do not ask for, offer, or accept tips, gifts, or payments outside the platform, and do not use tips to buy anything that is not permitted by our rules. A tip is not a purchase of content and does not entitle the sender to custom content, personal contact, or any other service unless the studio offers it through the platform. Abuse of the tipping system (for example, chargebacks after receiving a response, or tips made with stolen payment methods) is a violation of this AUP.

J. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you see content or behavior that violates this AUP, tell us through our Contact Us page. For copyright or removal requests, see our Content Removal page. For non-consensual intimate imagery, see our TAKE IT DOWN policy. Include the link, clip title, store name, or message details so we can review it quickly.

K. ENFORCEMENT

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove content, hide or delete messages, disable messaging or tipping, withhold or reverse payments connected to a violation, suspend or close accounts and stores, and report conduct to law enforcement or payment processors where required or appropriate. We may use automated tools and manual review to detect spam, fraud, and policy violations. Repeated or serious violations may result in a permanent ban. Decisions about enforcement are made by FetishStudio.com and are final except where the law provides otherwise.

L. CHANGES

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of FetishStudio.com after an update means you accept the revised policy. Questions about this policy can be sent through our Contact Us page.
