This policy explains how FetishStudio.com handles complaints that content uploaded for Spanking Library or Fetish Library may be illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise non-compliant. By submitting a complaint you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

Use Contact Us or email webmaster (at) fetishstudio.com. Include the URL, the reason, and your real full name and address. We may require a photo of you holding your photo ID. If required information is missing, we may not be able to complete the review.

We review every complaint and resolve it within 5 days. If there is evidence that content is illegal or does not comply with our policies or card-brand rules, we remove that content immediately. Studio follow-up does not delay that removal. If we disagree with the claim, the dispute is referred to a neutral third-party decision maker at our expense. You are not required to file an extra appeal before that referral.

A valid request under the TAKE IT DOWN Act policy follows the shorter deadline in that policy. Clip takedown requests may also use Content Removal.

Do not file a complaint that is wholly unjustified or made in bad faith. We may suspend or close an account that does. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.
