Content Pre-Screening and Monitoring

Fetish Studio reviews studio uploads before they are published for sale on Spanking Library or Fetish Library, and we continue to monitor live content. This policy applies to every studio member who uploads clips, images, descriptions, or other content.

REVIEW BEFORE PUBLICATION

All uploaded content is reviewed prior to publication. A clip is not offered for sale until review is complete. Review includes the video, preview, images, title, description, categories, and keywords, and the photo ID and signed model release (or equivalent consent records) for every person who appears. Incomplete, unclear, or mismatched documents delay or prevent approval.

ONGOING MONITORING

Published content is regularly monitored to confirm it still complies with applicable law and card-brand rules. We may re-review a live clip at any time and remove it if a compliance problem is found.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

Uploads must not include activity that is illegal or that violates card-brand rules. Prohibited content includes:
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Incest
  • Bestiality
  • Rape (or any other non-consensual sexual behavior)
  • Human trafficking, sex trafficking, or solicitation of in-person sexual services
  • Any person who is or appears to be under 18, real or fictional, including any suggestion that a participant is under 18, and dolls that appear to be under 18
  • AI-generated, CGI, illustrated, or fictional content depicting or suggesting anyone under 18, including age-ambiguous characters
  • Firearms or weapons (real or fake), or objects used to inflict harm or obtain sex
  • Crushing any living or dead creature or organism, including fish, insects, crabs, lobsters, roaches, spiders, and lizards
  • Necrophilia, real or fake
  • Choking or suffocation with tools or implements, real or fake, including anything that restricts or alters breathing using tools, cords, or similar items around the neck
  • Abduction or kidnapping, real or fake
  • Real hard or extreme violence, including suicide encouragement, horror, snuff, or murder
  • Blood, real or fake
  • Sleeping, intoxication, or any activity where a participant cannot give consent, including drugs or chemicals
  • Feces, menstruation, vomit, urination on another person, or drinking urine
  • Bondage with penetration where a participant is completely bound by all four limbs
  • Racial slurs or symbols, real or fake, and religious humiliation or defacing a religious symbol
  • Fraudulent sexual activity that includes actual deception or fraud
  • Drugs used or shown in any content
  • Content that breaks the laws of the studio's country, state, city, or county
  • Intentionally violating these rules or circumventing banned words

ENFORCEMENT

Content that fails review is rejected or returned for correction. Content that is illegal or non-compliant after publication is removed. Serious or repeated violations can result in account closure and withheld payouts. Apparent illegal content, including CSAM and trafficking, may be referred to law enforcement and, where required, to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
