Studios must keep a signed model release or equivalent licensing agreement for every person who appears in content sold through Fetish Studio. You may use your own form if it includes at least the terms below. Upload the signed release with a government-issued photo ID on the performer record before a clip can be approved.

I am 18 years of age or older. I consent to be depicted, photographed, and recorded in the content described by the producer, and I consent to the producer licensing and selling that content, including my name, likeness, and voice as it appears in the content, on SpankingLibrary.com and FetishLibrary.com through Fetish Studio.

I understand the producer and Fetish Studio must keep this release and a copy of my government-issued photo identification as age and consent records, including records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where applicable.

I agree that the content will not include activity that is illegal or that otherwise violates card-brand rules. Prohibited content includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), incest, bestiality, and rape (or any other non-consensual sexual behavior). I confirm that my participation in this content is voluntary and consensual.

Producer name, performer legal name, date of birth, content title or description, date of signing, and performer signature are required on the signed copy.
